The Catholicisms of Coutances: Varieties of Religion in Early Modern France 1350-1789

J Michael Hayden is a professor emeritus of history since 2001 at the University of Saskatchewan where he became a full professor in 1974. He served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Canadian Journal of History from 1969-2001 and was an editor in 1974-1978, and again in 1983-1984. He is the co-author of 600 Years of Reform: Bishops and the French Church, 1190-1789.
