Emily Eaton is an assistant professor of geography at the University of Regina, specializing in political economy and natural resource economies. Her current research investigates the rise of 'unconventional' oil production in Saskatchewan and its effects on communities, the provincial economy and the environment. She lives in Regina and is active in a variety of social justice struggles.
