How To Submit Your Book

1. The Official Entry Form is within this document (Acrobat PDF)
Print the page you need, fill it in and then send by mail with your entry fee and copies
of your book(s) to the address below.
(You can also fax your entry right away and then send the books and entry fee
separately. Please indicate that these will be coming separately on the entry
form so we know to expect them!)
2. Double Check...
Please double check that you are sending:
- A completed Entry Form and Author Residency Declaration
- Four (4) copies of each title for the first submission, AND the Book of the Year, First Book, Regina Book and Saskatoon Book award categories, thereafter only three (3) copies for any other category. All books entered become the property of the Saskatchewan Book Awards and will be used for jurors, sponsors and promotion
- The author's phone number, fax, e-mail and address (so winners can be contacted)
- One cheque for the total of all entries. Address cheques to: Saskatchewan Book Awards (Enclose a cheque or money order for $25 administration fee per title per category.)
