July 31 is the deadline for submitting books published between October 1, 2000 - July 30, 2001. You are invited to enter books by Saskatchewan authors for:

* Book of the Year
* First Book (Brenda Macdonald Riches Award)
* Fiction
* Non-fiction
* Regina Book Award
* Saskatoon Book Award
* Poetry
* Children's Literature
* Scholarly Writing

Saskatchewan publishers are invited to submit books for:
* Award for Publishing
* First Peoples Publishing Award
* Publishing in Education Award

The Book Awards gala will be held Friday, November 30 at the Saskatchewan Centre of the Arts, Regina featuring guest speaker, Anna Porter CEO and Publisher of Key Porter Books, author of "The Bookfair Murders," and "The Storyteller."
